Sean K. Brown


As Chairman of the Board of Nuera Solar, Sean is responsible for directing the executive officers in their processes, systems and solutions that make it possible for Nuera to deliver lower-cost power to homeowners in the United States. Brown has extensive experience in the door-to-door (“D2D”) industry and has previously worked as General Legal Counsel for NorthStar Alarm Services, LLC, Pinnacle Security, LLC and Vision Solar, LLC.

Bart Brockbank


During the course of his career, Mr. Brockbank has founded and worked for companies with domestic and foreign operations in senior executive positions including, CEO of Rain Nutrition. During his leadership Rain Nutrition grew from small US operations to entering 13 Asian and European countries until it was sold in 2009. After the sale of Rain Nutrition, Mr. Brockbank Co-founded R2R Ventures a Utah based investment company. Mr. Brockbank currently serves on the board of Skdrop a Utah based water automation company.

I’m fortunate enough to have spent the last decade or so doing what I love best: invest in technology start-ups. But that’s not to say my career path has been predictable. Unless, of course, people in my profession typically move sprinkler pipe around an alfalfa field, loft hay bales, and shovel manure.

Danny Ashworth


Founder and CEO Bluehost, Inc. Bluehost was founded in 2004 and has grown to host over more than 2 million websites worldwide and over 700 employees. BlueHost sold to NASDAQ Endurance International Group (NASDAQ: EIGI). Along with being an integral part of Bluehost, Danny has also continued in his passion for entrepreneurship in the community. He serves as a mentor for rising entrepreneurs through BoomStartup, a local accelerator ranked in the top 15 best accelerators in the U.S. He received his undergraduate degree in computer science from Brigham Young University.

James Frary


James “Jim” Frary has spent the last 18 years as the Vice President of Information Technology Vice President, Business Integration, Information Technology of Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ: NUS).

In this role, Jim has been able to establish and maintain robust technology systems and processes that span operations in 54 countries. Jim has created global alliances with leading technology vendors that have led to proven solutions. Jim was an early internet adopter, digitizing the sales process and amassing over $30 billion in sales.

Jeff Gull


Jeff Gull is a principal and co-founder of Equity Labs and Ultra6 Nutrition. Jeff has worked in and around direct selling for the past 20 years helping start-ups and existing companies with strategic focus, compensation plan strategies, product development, and overall operations. Jeff spent almost 10 years with a leading network marketing company helping them both grow and operate their business in Asia with almost half of his tenure based in the Far East.

Jim Loveland


Jim Loveland is a seasoned business executive and innovator. During the course of his career, Mr. Loveland led Xactware, the company that his family founded back in 1986, through a very significant acquisition by ISO in August of 2006. After Xactware’s private company acquisition Mr. Loveland became part of the executive leadership team that took Xactware’s parent organization, Verisk Analytics, public on the NASDAQ market in the fall of 2009. Verisk’s public offering was the largest domestic IPO of the year raising over $2.1 billion dollars.

Michelle Allred


Michelle currently serves as General Counsel of GE Capital Bank, headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. Michelle provides transactional and regulatory counsel on the bank’s various lending products, as well as assistance on new product introductions within the bank’s portfolio. Michelle sits on the GE Women’s Network Steering Committee (Utah) and the GE Capital Pro Bono Council, and volunteers her time with the Junior Achievement organization, among others.

Natalyn Lewis


After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Natalyn began working in the network marketing industry and she has been doing that successfully now for nearly 15 years, working with new start-ups to billion dollar companies. During this time she has had the opportunity to travel to more than 20 different countries around the world working with, coaching, and teaching people to succeed in their life and in their business. She LOVES this industry because it is about people, and in the end, each person can truly make the difference.

Sonny Olsen


Sonny Olsen is Chief Operations Officer for JMM Holdings. Sonny provides single family office services relating to JMM’s Principal’s financial capital, property management, day-to-day accounting and payroll activities, management of legal affairs, and family management services, which includes family governance, financial and investment education, philanthropy coordination, and succession planning.
